Terms of Service

By creating a TeeSync account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use TeeSync.

You must be at least 13 years old to use TeeSync. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

• Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. • Tell us straight away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. • Don't share your account with anyone else, and don't impersonate another person.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

TeeSync offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Current limits and pricing are shown on the Pricing page and may change.

• Free plan: capped at the limits listed on the Pricing page; available indefinitely. • Pro plan: billed monthly or annually via the App Store, Google Play, or web checkout. Prices shown in your local currency at checkout. • Renewals: Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via your store (App Store, Google Play) or account settings (web). • Refunds: handled per the policy of the store where you purchased. Web checkout refunds follow UK consumer law.

Tax may be added at checkout depending on your location.

You agree not to:

• Use TeeSync for anything illegal, harmful, or fraudulent. • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service. • Scrape, copy, or otherwise misappropriate other users' data. • Upload content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.

TeeSync integrates with third-party services such as Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, WeatherKit, and live tee-time providers.

We're not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms. If a third-party service is unavailable, parts of TeeSync may be unavailable until it returns.

TeeSync is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TeeSync. • Our total liability for any claim relating to TeeSync is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or £100 - whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we'll notify you by email or in-app notice before it takes effect.

Continued use of TeeSync after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
